Kiff Mowat, the owner at Davenport Homes, and Red Seal Carpenter has had a life long passion for homebuilding. His journey began in high school when his family home underwent a significant renvatioon, he took on a summer job as a labourer and never looked back. That experience sparked lifelong commitment to help stream line the residential construction industry. Kiff remians passionate about high quality housing while carefully balancing costs to enusure a sound home is in reach for as many people as possible. For Kiff, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing the joy and sense of accomplishment revitalising a home can bring to a family.

Outside work, Kiff is an active member of the North Shore community, always ready to lend a hand - whether it's keeping neighbours informed about projects, offering home improvement advice, or even shovelling snowy sidewalks. When he’s not on-site, he enjoys mountain biking, hockey, golfing, and spending time with his wife, son, and pets. A proud 3rd generation North Vancouver native, Kiff is inspired by a vision for the future of his community and hopes to be apart of shaping it for years to come.
