Kiff Mowat, the owner at Davenport Homes, and Red Seal Carpenter has had a life long passion for both design and constructing. His journey began in high school (Go Handworth!) when his family home underwent a large .renvatioon. Kiff took on a summer job as a helper and never looked back.  Kiff is focused on quality work while carefully balancing costs to enusure we hit that "sweetspot" on each and every project.

Outside work, Kiff is an active member of the North Shore community, always ready to lend a hand - whether it's, offering DIY home improvement advice, coaching baseball, or lending out his coveted tools. When he’s not on-site, he enjoys mountain biking, hockey, golfing, and spending time with his wife, 2 kids and dog. A proud 3rd generation North Vancouver native, Kiff is dedicated to be apart of shaping the community for years to come.
